I work in construction and am looking for a social media and video editor to join the team. This is a hands\-on, creative role. You'll be the one turning real moments — podcast clips, job site footage, behind\-the\-scenes content — into scroll\-stopping short\-form video across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
What your week looks like:
* Edit fun, punchy short\-form video — this is the heart of the role
* Capture job site footage, b\-roll, real stories from real builds
* Write captions and hashtags
* Join shoot days around LA
* Keep a simple, easy\-to\-follow content calendar
* Chat with our community — replying to comments and DMs
You'd be a great fit if you
* Love editing short\-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — show us your work!
* Have run IG, TikTok, or YouTube for a brand or creator
* Are based in LA and up for the occasional job site shoot day
* Like coming up with ideas, not just posting what you're handed
* Have a feel for what makes video hook people and keep watching
Bonus points for
* Construction, real estate, or home content experience
* Comfort being on camera or directing others
* A little thumbnail/graphic design flair
