Job description

**Part\-Time Videographer — Medical, Luxury \& Social Media Content** Los Angeles, CA \| $22\.00\+/hour We're a Los Angeles\-based content team working with high\-end medical practices, luxury brands, and high\-profile clients, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced videographer to join us. The role is primarily hands\-on filming, with additional support in content planning, trend research, and marketing strategy. **Please read before applying** This position involves filming live surgical procedures and medical treatments for marketing and educational purposes, working inside operating rooms alongside board\-certified plastic surgeons and medical providers. Content will include cosmetic surgery procedures, incisions, blood, tissue exposure, and other real medical imagery. Comfort in surgical environments, and the ability to film procedures for extended periods, is a core and ongoing part of this job — not an occasional task. You'll also be working with high\-profile clientele, including luxury brands, celebrities, influencers, private patients, and medical professionals. Given the sensitive nature of this content, every hire signs a Non\-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any client shoot. Discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality are non\-negotiable. All camera equipment is provided. What we can't provide is experience — we need someone who already shoots confidently on a professional mirrorless camera in full manual mode: shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, focus, and frame rate, adjusted on the fly across varied lighting and locations. Please don't apply if you're uncomfortable around surgery, blood, or operating room environments; unwilling to sign an NDA; or new to manual\-mode shooting on a professional camera. **What you'll be doing** Filming on\-site with clients — clean, stable, professional footage with strong coverage and b\-roll on every shoot. This spans social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), before\-and\-afters, behind\-the\-scenes footage, and educational video, alongside filming live medical treatments and surgical procedures for marketing use. You'll also research trends and viral formats, contribute to content ideation, write teleprompter scripts for clients, and help shape video concepts around current trends and client goals — all while following our team's creative direction and working efficiently on scheduled shoot days. Occasional internal shoots (company and team content, behind\-the\-scenes) round out the work. **What you'll need** Real, hands\-on experience shooting a professional mirrorless camera in full manual mode is the baseline — you should be able to adjust shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, focus, frame rate, and lenses across different environments without guidance. Beyond that: a reliable vehicle and willingness to drive throughout LA; comfort shooting both 1080x1920 (vertical) and 1920x1080 (horizontal); a strong eye for lighting, framing, movement, and composition; reliability and professionalism; comfort in medical offices, procedure rooms, and operating rooms, including filming surgeries and graphic medical content; comfort researching content ideas and writing teleprompter scripts; a base in or near Los Angeles; and willingness to sign an NDA. **Nice to have (not required)** Experience filming for medical, aesthetic, or luxury brands; shooting for YouTube or social platforms; filming surgical or treatment\-based content; building marketing content or social strategy; writing short\-form video scripts. **Schedule \& pay** Part\-time, with flexible but consistent weekly shoots — expect longer shoot\-day sessions rather than short gigs. Starting at $22/hour, with a performance\-based pay review after 3 months, potential to move into a full\-time role, and consistent ongoing work for the right person. **How to apply** Send us: a link to your portfolio or sample work; a brief summary of your social media content experience; your general weekly availability; and a short description of your manual\-mode camera experience — which cameras, and for how long. **A final word** We're looking for someone who can operate in high\-end environments, deliver clean content, hold strict confidentiality, stay ahead of social trends, bring creative ideas to the table, and represent our brand well. This is a long\-term opportunity for someone professional, dependable, and creative — comfortable with both luxury clientele and real medical procedures — who's excited to make content that performs. **Application questions:** (1\) Link to your portfolio, website, Instagram, YouTube, or other work samples. (2\) What professional cameras have you used, how much hands\-on experience do you have, and are you comfortable in full manual mode (shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, focus, frame rates)? **Education:** High school or equivalent (preferred) **Experience:** 3 years video shooting (preferred) **Work location:** In person Pay: From $22\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Please provide a link to your portfolio, website, Instagram, YouTube channel, or any other examples of your video work. Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Video shooting: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Most film work goes to someone they already know. This is where that happens on purpose.
