We are looking for an experienced real estate media professional with a minimum of 5 years of videography and photography experience who can thrive in a fast\-paced environment and contribute immediately.
**Responsibilities**
* Videography and photography capture
* Drone photography and videography capture
* Capture of additional media assets, including 3D tours, floor plans, and other property
* marketing content
* Review and quality control of video deliverables from editors
* Manage video deliverables timelines and delivery
* Maintain organized project files and media assets
* Communicate professionally with clients, agents, homeowners, editors, and team
* members
* Provide exceptional customer service and represent brand professionally at all times
* Contribute ideas to improve media quality, workflows, and client experience
**Requirements**
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in videography \& photography
* FAA Part 107 License
* Professional drone experience
* Real estate media experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages
* Reliable transportation
* Clean criminal record
* Strong understanding of workflows, deadlines, and client expectations
* Ability to work independently and professionally
Wedding photographers and filmmakers often excel in this role due to their experience working under pressure, interacting with clients, adapting quickly on\-site, and maintaining high production standards in fast\-paced environments.

**Schedule**
* Full\-time position
* Day shoots with possible evening/night shoots
