Entry\-Level Manufacturing Production Assistant At Startup

Pay: $20/hour \+ overtime available
Experience: No manufacturing experience required
Education: High school diploma not required
Language: English preferred
Wake Energy is hiring entry\-level Production Assistants to help assemble battery products at our Los Angeles facility.
You do not need previous manufacturing experience. We are looking for people who are good with their hands, enthusiastic, dependable, and interested in learning. If you enjoy building things, working on cars, electronics, bikes, crafts, tools, or other hands\-on projects, you may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
\- Work at a bench assembling parts and components
\- Plug in wires, connectors, and small electronic components
\- Use simple hand tools and fixtures
\- Perform basic electronics and mechanical assembly
\- Follow straightforward assembly instructions
\- Help keep your workstation organized and clean
\- Work indoors in a clean manufacturing environment
\- No frequent heavy lifting required (less than 50 lbs)

\- Careful and able to pay attention to details
\- Able to follow instructions and maintain a steady work pace
\- Comfortable working at a bench for periods of time
