**Description:**
You own everything between raw footage and a posted asset. You'll be trained on our process from day one. We care about output, not hours logged looking busy.
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. 15 hours \- 20 hours week, no weekends.

**What you'll do**
* Produce and edit short\-form video using our production process
* Quality\-check every asset against our style guide before it ships
* Publish and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
* Write and test titles and captions; keep what wins, cut what doesn't
* Track performance and deliver a simple weekly report on winners and losers
* Turn what you learn into notes that shape next month's shoot
* Document and improve our process so we get better every week
* Support shoot days, call sheets, talent coordination, gear prep, b\-roll
We'll set your weekly shipping target together after your first month. It will be higher than you think is possible.
**Who we're looking for**
* You have receipts. You've built, shipped, sold, or run something real — a channel, , a club, a team, a project that actually happened. One real thing beats three years of "experience."
* Reliable to a fault. You show up when you said you would, every time, and your references will confirm it.
* AI\-native. You use Claude or ChatGPT daily and get excited about making tools do the work.
* Some video ability. We're hiring an operator, not a motion\-graphics artist.
* Bonus: Content Creation experience, technical experience, you've grown an audience of any size.
**Pay \& growth**
* $23–30/hr based on what you've built and shown, W\-2 part\-time
* Written 90\-day review with a raise path tied to shipping performance
* Hours and scope can expand in 2027 — we promote people who improve the process, not seat\-fillers
