**Position:** Freelance / Per Project
BOW Los Angeles is looking for an experienced real estate photographer and videographer to work as a second shooter as the company expands.
This will begin as backup and overflow work, with the potential for more regular projects. We need someone who can match our shooting style, work independently, and provide a professional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Photograph residential and commercial properties
* Capture bracketed HDR photos
* Film horizontal listing videos and vertical social media content
* Capture drone photos and video when needed
* Capture Zillow 3D Home tours when available
* Follow BOW’s shooting style and shot lists
* Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients
* Upload all files shortly after each shoot
* Report any issues with the property or appointment
Requirements
* Real estate photography and videography experience
* A strong real estate photo and video portfolio
* Professional camera and wide\-angle lens
* Experience shooting bracketed HDR photography
* Reliable transportation
* Strong understanding of exposure, composition, and white balance
* Good communication and customer\-service skills
* Ability to follow an established shooting style
Ideally, You Also Have
* A gimbal that can shoot both horizontal and vertical video
* Access to a Zillow 3D Home\-compatible 360 camera
* A drone and current FAA Part 107 certification
* Experience capturing floor plans or 3D tours
* Availability for weekday appointments and occasional last\-minute coverage
Compensation
This is a per\-project position. Compensation is calculated as a percentage of the package price for each shoot. The exact percentage will be discussed based on experience, equipment, and the services the photographer can provide.
