PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT VIDEOGRAPHER

Creative Recovery LA is seeking a **part\-time Social Media \+ Content Videographer** to help execute our social media presence and capture compelling video and photo content across our programs, facilities, podcast, events, and team.Creative Recovery is a treatment and wellness program built around the belief that creativity can be a powerful part of the recovery process. Our programming incorporates music, writing, acting, painting, pottery, mindfulness, movement, and other forms of creative expression.We're looking for someone who is **social\-media savvy, visually creative, organized, and comfortable behind a camera**. This is a hands\-on execution role working from an established content strategy and calendar. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute an established social media strategy and content calendar * Schedule and publish organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms * Write and/or adapt captions and social copy in the Creative Recovery voice * Maintain an active presence through Stories, reposts, and organic day\-to\-day content * Coordinate with the team around upcoming programming, guests, events, and content opportunities * Identify relevant social trends, formats, and opportunities that fit the Creative Recovery brand **CONTENT CAPTURE** * Shoot engaging video and photography for social media and marketing * Capture Creative Recovery programming, including music, writing, acting, art, pottery, mindfulness, movement, workshops, and events * Capture facility, lifestyle, team, guest, and behind\-the\-scenes content * Film interviews and expert/team content * Film Creative Recovery podcast episodes and guest conversations * Capture both planned content and organic moments throughout the Creative Recovery environment * Help organize and maintain captured footage and photography **EDITING** Editing experience is **preferred but not required**. Creative Recovery may work with a dedicated editor for post\-production.Experience editing Reels, TikToks, short\-form video, photography, or podcast content is a plus. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** * Experience creating content for social media * Comfortable shooting high\-quality video and photography * Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and Stories * Good visual instincts and an eye for engaging, elevated content * Basic understanding of lighting and audio * Comfortable filming interviews and people * Podcast filming experience is a plus * Photography experience is a plus * Editing experience is a plus, but not required * Strong writing and communication skills * Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently * Comfortable collaborating with a larger creative and marketing team * Interest in wellness, creativity, entertainment, lifestyle, or mental health is a plus **OUR CONTENT STYLE** Our content includes music, art, writing, acting, pottery, mindfulness, podcast conversations, experts, visiting creatives, events, Los Angeles lifestyle, community, and behind\-the\-scenes moments.
