YouTube Video Producer

**About the Role** We are a fun and growing U.S.\-based digital entertainment team producing engaging, family\-friendly content for YouTube. We are seeking a creative and dependable **Video Producer** to help film and edit personality\-driven videos featuring storytelling, comedy, challenges, pretend play, toys, and colorful visuals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast\-paced production environment and can support projects from filming through post\-production. **Responsibilities** * Film YouTube videos based on approved concepts, scripts, and production plans * Operate DSLR or comparable camera equipment during on\-location shoots * Set up camera angles, lighting, framing, and audio equipment * Capture primary footage, close\-ups, reaction shots, and supporting footage * Work with on\-camera talent to capture natural and entertaining performances * Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro * Add music, sound effects, transitions, text, and other creative elements * Organize, transfer, label, and back up footage and project files * Complete edits and revisions according to production deadlines * Assist with props, sets, equipment setup, and shoot logistics * Contribute ideas that improve storytelling, pacing, and viewer engagement **Required Qualifications** * Previous experience filming, producing, editing, or creating video content * Experience operating a DSLR or comparable digital camera * Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro * Basic knowledge of lighting, audio recording, framing, and shot composition * Ability to provide a portfolio, demo reel, or links to relevant video projects * Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to filming locations throughout \[City/Metro Area] and nearby communities * Strong communication, organization, and time\-management skills * Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate with talent and production team members **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience creating YouTube or digital\-first entertainment content * Experience filming comedy, challenge, pretend\-play, toy\-related, or family\-friendly videos * Familiarity with YouTube pacing and audience\-retention techniques * Experience directing or working with on\-camera talent * Knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, or basic motion graphics * Access to camera, lighting, audio, or related production equipment **Portfolio Requirement** Applicants must provide at least one example of a video they personally worked on.
