**Producer's Assistant** * PODHEAD STUDIOS is seeking an exceptional producer’s assistant to provide support in our production studio and original comedy projects * This role is responsible for supporting the day\-to\-day needs of the studio and our producer/director team founders. * Will work closely with our production staff, crew, actors, vendors, partners, and our production services clients. * This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment who can seamlessly integrate into the many moving parts of a dynamic production studio. * This is a full time, 5\-days onsite position, based in our studio in Downtown LA. The role requires some potential flexibility for weekends, early mornings, and evenings. **Duties** * Assist producers with planning, organizing, and producing projects from inception to completion * Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and production days * Handle office management tasks including studio needs and maintaining office supplies **Requirements** * Proven experience in administrative support roles such as personal assistant or executive assistant with strong organizational skills * Proficiency in productivity software including Google Workspace and/or Monday * Basic familiarity with film and video production and practices * Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly Join our team as a Producer's Assistant to play a vital role in delivering impactful projects while developing your skills in video production including podcast production and general producing, directing, and comedy development.
