Seatify is assisting a rapidly growing content and media company in its search for a **Production Assistant**.
This company produces high\-volume, high\-performing short\-form content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Their team creates content for millions of viewers and works with a fast\-paced production schedule where organization, creativity, and execution are critical.

**The Role**
Our client is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated **Production Assistant** to support the content production team.

**Responsibilities**
Production Support
* Assist with setup and breakdown of production equipment
* Organize cameras, lighting, audio equipment, props, and production supplies
* Support talent during shoot days
* Help maintain an efficient and organized production environment
* Assist with keeping shoots on schedule
* Run production\-related errands and handle miscellaneous support tasks
**Content Support**
* Assist with filming short\-form social media content
* Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage when needed
* Help organize scripts, shot lists, and production documents
* Prepare props, wardrobe, and other shoot materials
* Support content creator throughout filming sessions
**Logistics \& Coordination**
* Assist with production planning and shoot preparation
* Organize equipment inventory and production assets
* Help coordinate locations, schedules, and production logistics
* Support communication between team members during production
* Ensure materials and resources are prepared ahead of shoot days
**Qualifications Required**
* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Interest in social media and content creation
* Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, or audio equipment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to lift and move production equipment
* Strong communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
* Dependable, professional, and punctual
**Preferred**
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or project management software
**Bonus Qualifications**
* Videography or photography experience
* Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro (or similar)
* Understanding of social media trends and content strategy
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar productivity tools
