**Job Overview**
A fast\-paced creative studio in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Services PA to support client hospitality, reception/front desk, and day\-to\-day studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional client experiences and serving as a welcoming, professional presence within the studio. While this position has a primary focus on client\-facing responsibilities, all members of the Client \& Studio Services team are cross\-trained and work closely together to ensure seamless coverage and support across the studio.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Services \& Hospitality**
* Welcome clients and visitors and coordinate arrivals with production teams
* Coordinate daily hospitality services, including meal ordering, delivery logistics, and setup for clients and staff
* Manage multiple hospitality orders simultaneously across various teams, projects, and budgets while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Maintain client\-facing spaces to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
* Assist with the preparation, hospitality, and logistical support of client sessions, screenings, meetings, and special events (as needed)
* Serve as a professional point of contact for guests throughout the day
**Reception \& Administrative Support**
* Answer and route incoming phone calls
* Coordinate deliveries, visitor access, and incoming shipments
* Assist with scheduling and hospitality logistics
* Communicate client requests and operational needs to appropriate teams
**Cross\-Functional Studio Support**
* Assist with errands, deliveries, and general operational tasks as needed
* Support inventory management and supply restocking
* Help maintain common areas, kitchens, and client spaces
* Provide coverage for Studio Services responsibilities during team absences or peak workloads
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in hospitality, entertainment, production, customer service, food service, or other high\-volume, client\-facing environments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting requests in a fast\-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and follow\-through
* Professional demeanor with a hospitality\-first mindset
* Team\-oriented and eager to support a variety of studio needs
**Requirements**
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to work on\-site in Los Angeles as business needs require
* Flexibility for overtime, evening work, and occasional weekend coverage
**Schedule \& Availability**
* This is an on\-site role within a production\-driven environment
* Weekly schedules are determined by studio needs and are subject to change based on client sessions, project volume, and operational priorities
* The number of days worked in the studio and total weekly hours may vary
* Team members are cross\-trained across Client Services and Studio Services functions and may be scheduled based on both business needs and individual strengths
* Flexibility for overtime, evening work, and occasional weekend coverage is required
