**Job Overview**
We are seeking a creative and versatile Content creator and Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing visual content, directing behind\-the\-scenes footage, and developing innovative ideas to enhance our multimedia presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to bring your creative vision to life while working in a collaborative environment. this is for a real estate office which includes real estate content as well as personal fun content.
**Duties**
* Film and produce quality video content across various projects and platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging.
* Direct behind\-the\-scenes footage to provide authentic insights into our processes and culture.
* Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas that engage our audience.
* Manage filming schedules, setups, and shot compositions to maximize visual impact.
* Assist in editing and post\-production processes as needed to deliver polished final products.
* Be adaptable in using provided equipment to achieve desired creative outcomes.
* Get creative with new content concepts and explore innovative filming techniques to enhance overall content quality.
**Skills**
* Proven experience in videography, content creating, or related fields.
* Ability to direct scenes and behind\-the\-scenes footage with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and directing talent or crew when necessary.
* Familiarity with filming equipment (equipment can be provided), lighting, and sound recording is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility and openness to experimenting with new techniques and storytelling approaches.

Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
