Production Assistant

### **Description** **THE PURPOSE:** The Production Assistant’s primary task is to carry out the direction of the Associate Production Manager to ensure the fulfillment of all denim orders. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date set\-up in Full Circle and collaborate cross\-functionally to ensure the seasonal line stays on time. Ensure upstream workflow is complete and accurate. Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of changes and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate cross\- functionally and contribute to a positive and productive culture.### **THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):** * Data entry – support the Associate Production Manager / Production Manager with buys, cost log, and delay recaps * Push styles into “production” in Full Circle once cost is confirmed * PO entry / PO closure / PO accuracy * Review purchase order against buy file for accuracy * Revise ETD/ETA and price in Full Circle on a weekly basis * Prepare and send packages to the factory and follow up with all tracking numbers * Review wash shade bands with the Associate Production Manager * Maintain and track all in\-season trim liability in the Excel file * Track and review TOP samples to ensure all trim and price tickets are applied correctly * Organize in\-season TOP samples * Work with overseas vendors and factories on a daily basis * Other general office duties as needed * Meets and strives to increase productivity standards; looks for ways to improve and promote quality **YOU ARE:** You are passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast\-paced environment, juggling multiple seasons and tasks without missing a beat. You bring a proactive, solutions\-first mindset and collaborate effectively across teams.### **REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE** *List the REQUIRED experience needed to qualify for this role. This should be a list of 5\-10 items.** 1\-3 years of experience in apparel production, preferably denim * High school diploma and fashion\-related coursework, or Bachelor’s of Science / Arts degree * Adept with data management in a Product Development / PLM system, preferably Full Circle * Proficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator * Track record of accomplishment within a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to manage priorities in a deadline\-driven environment **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:*** Background in the fashion industry * Experience with Denim washes, denim fabrics and raw materials * Experience working with overseas vendors and factories * Experience with PO management, trim liability, and TOP sample tracking * Adept with Full Circle, MS Suite, **Excel**, Adobe, Powerpoint or other apparel software systems ### **ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION** * **Compensation:** The anticipated base salary range for this role is $27\-$29/hour. This is a full\-time, non\-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location.
