**Production Coordinator** **Department:** Production**Reports To:** Production Director **Location:** Hybrid (3 days in\-office in Culver City / 2 days remote) **About Us** Infinity Marketing Team (IMT) is an award\-winning experiential marketing agency delivering high\-impact events, tours, and brand activations for top\-tier clients. We specialize in everything from stunning international conferences to buzz\-worthy mobile marketing experiences. We Create. We Implement. We Show Results. **Who We Want** We’re seeking a Production Coordinator who’s detail\-obsessed, deadline\-driven, and thrives in fast\-paced environments. You’re proactive, organized, and have a natural ability to keep things moving behind the scenes—on budget and on time. You don’t just support projects— you own your lane and contribute to the whole **Top Qualities** * Project Management \& Budget Support * Own smaller projects end\-to\-end while simultaneously supporting senior leads on larger activations * Bring solutions to the table when flagging issues or pain points * Build meeting agendas and recap notes promptly (within 24 and 2 hours, respectively) * Set up and maintain project docs independently (Google Drive, Workbacks, Task Lists, Vendor Trackers) * Use tools like Monday.com and Slack to track progress and timelines * Creates POs, submits and tracks invoices, and ensures accurate expense coding with minimal oversight * Support team members with expense reports as needed **Additional Responsibilities** * Sources and coordinates vendors across categories: furniture, fabrication, uniforms, crafty, and more, while managing their briefs, deliverables, and payments independently * Assist in managing physical and digital assets across multiple markets * Independently handle elements like: * Premiums \& rentals * Brand ambassadors \& uniforms * Hotel blocks, travel itineraries, registration * Talent vetting, MiFis, F\&B, shipping **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Excellent communication, writing, and time\-management skills * Highly organized, self\-motivated, and adaptable * Proficient in Google \& Microsoft Suites * Experience with project management tools is a plus (e.g. Monday.com) * Willingness to travel up to 50% and work evenings/weekends when needed
