**About the Role**
As our **Post Production Editor**, you'll own the editing process from raw footage to final delivery. You'll work closely with producers and hosts to shape short/long\-form episodes, cut short\-form clips for social, and keep a consistent, high\-quality look and sound across everything we publish. A big part of this role involves working with content recorded in Riverside, so hands\-on experience with that platform is essential. We publish on a fixed weekly schedule, so reliability and on\-time delivery are critical to success in this role. You’ll play a key part in bringing podcasts and teachings to life ensuring they are edited in a way that glorifies Jesus and inspires others.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Edit short/long\-form video and audio content (podcasts, interviews, sermons) from raw footage to final export.
* Manage recordings in Riverside, including downloading separate tracks, using Riverside's editor and Magic Clips, and troubleshooting sync or quality issues.
* Create short\-form vertical and horizontal clips optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
* Perform color correction, audio cleanup, leveling, and mixing to maintain broadcast\-quality standards.
* Add graphics, lower thirds, captions, B\-roll, music, and sound effects in line with brand guidelines.
* Incorporate feedback from producers and stakeholders through multiple revision rounds.
* Deliver finished edits on a set weekly schedule, managing multiple projects at once without missing deadlines.
* Export and deliver content in multiple formats optimized for online and broadcast distribution.
* Organize project files, media assets, and archives with clear naming conventions.
**Qualifications**
* \[2–4\+] years of professional video editing experience.
* A heart for ministry and using media as a tool to share the Gospel.
* Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Proven experience with Riverside Studio (recording workflows, multitrack exports, and editing tools).
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and continuity for both long\- and short\-form content.
* Working knowledge of audio editing and cleanup techniques.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet a weekly delivery schedule. This is essential, as our publishing calendar is fixed and not flexible.
