**Blended Clothing Inc.** (located in Commerce, CA) **is seeking Pre\-Production / Production Coordinator** for Women’s Juniors/Missy/Plus, Kids, and Pets Divisions
Duties include the following:
* Knowledge of garment production timeline, garment constructions, fabric, wash, embellishments, print techniques, trims.
* Download tech packs from Flex PLM and BBR, gather internal tech packs, analyze specs, and request patterns/yields from Patternmakers.
* Create costing packs to hand off to Costing Team.
* Assist Costing Manager to request cost and delivery from factories.
* Follow up with Designers and Customers to get fabric/trim standards.
* Create production handoffs/folders to pass to Production Team.
* Follows up on fabric/trim quality, lab dips, strike offs, and bulk submits for line development or buyer requests.
* Reviews fabric/trim quality, lab dips, strike offs, and bulk for color, layout, execution prior to sending to customers.
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of technical flats and garment construction.
* Follows up production WIP/TNA from factories to ensure timely delivery.
* Must be savvy with emailing and corresponding with customers.
* Must be a good communicator with team members, suppliers, factories, and customers.
* Must be very organized, team player, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
* Must be proficient in excel and knowledge of PLM is a plus
* 7\+ years production experience working with overseas and domestic vendors.
* Bilingual is a plus – able to speak Vietnamese/Chinese
Pay: $65,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year
