**Job Summary** We are a fast\-growing contemporary fashion brand located in Los Angeles looking for experienced and highly organized **Import Production Coordinator** to manage the full production lifecycle for women’s apparel. This role is critical in ensuring on\-time delivery, maintaining target costs, and coordinating cross\-functional teams from development through final shipment. The ideal candidate has **8–10 years of apparel production experience**, strong overseas vendor communication skills, and the ability to independently manage production from start to finish in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the full production cycle from seasonal buy review through final delivery * Review seasonal buys and issue/confirm purchase orders with overseas vendors * Communicate daily with factories to track production timelines and ensure on\-time delivery * Negotiate development and production costing with overseas vendors * Coordinate with internal **design, technical design, and sales teams** to meet target costs and delivery dates * Monitor time \& action (T\&A) calendars and proactively address any delays * Troubleshoot and resolve production or delivery issues with factories * Ensure accuracy of production documentation, POs, and ERP system updates * Track fit approvals, sample status, and production milestones * Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and shipping teams * Liaise with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely receipt of goods * Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring accountability on deadlines and quality **Qualifications** * **8–10 years of experience** in apparel production (import experience required) * Strong knowledge of garment production lifecycle from development to delivery * Proven ability to independently manage production and problem\-solve issues * Experience working with overseas vendors and factories * Strong negotiation skills, especially in costing and production timelines * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail * Proficient in **Excel and ERP systems** (Apparel Magic, NetSuite, or similar preferred) * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross\-functionally * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) **Benefits:** * Paid Time Off * Employee discount **Schedule:** * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Pay: From $70,500\.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
